How Do I Update/Retrieve My Password

How do I change my password?

Your password can be changed both on the app and online at www.swingbyswing.com

To change your password using the app:

1. Log into the app
2. Click on "You"
3. Click "SETTINGS"
4. Click on "ACCOUNT INFO"
5. Under the "Change Password" section, enter a new password
6. Click "SAVE" at the bottom of the screen

To change your password using the website:

1. Log on at www.swingbyswing.com
2. Click on your name from the menu bar at the top of the webpage
3. From the drop down menu, click "Account Info"
4. Update your password 
5. Enter the updated password in the "Confirm Password" section
6. Click "SAVE" at the bottom of the page
7. This change is effective immediately

I forgot my password...how can I get it?

Your password can be retrieved and changed using both the app and online at www.swingbyswing.com

To retrieve your password using the app:

1. On "Login/Register" page, type in your email address
2. Click on "NEXT"
3. Click the "FORGOT PASSWORD"  button
4. Follow the instructions to update your password
5. Once your password has been updated, you can log back into the app with your updated password

To retrieve your password using the website:

1.  Go to the website at www.swingbyswing.com
2. From the menu bar at the top of the webpage, click "LOGIN"
3. Click the "FORGOT PASSWORD" link
4. Enter the email address that is associated with your SwingU account
5. Click "SUBMIT"
6. Follow the instructions to update your password
