How do I change my password?

Your password can be changed both on the app and online at SwingU.com


To change your password using the app:
  1. Log into the app
  2. Tap on the 3 lines in the lower left corner of the Home Page.
  3. Tap "SETTINGS"
  4. Under the Account heading, Tap Change Password.
  5. Enter the original password
  6. Enter and confirm the new password.
    1. The new password must be at least 8 characters.
  7. Click "SAVE" at the bottom of the screen
To change your password using the website:
  1. Log in to SwingU.com
  2. Hover over your name in the upper right corner and select "Account Info"
  3. Click on "New Password"
  4. Enter and confirm the new password.
    1. The new password must be at least 8 characters.
  5. Click "SAVE"
  6. This change is effective immediately

I forgot my password...how can I get it?

Your password can be retrieved and changed using both the app and online at SwingU.com


To retrieve your password using the app:
  1. On the "Login/Register" page, type in your email address
  2. Click on "Continue"
  3. Click the "FORGOT PASSWORD?"  link
  4. Double-check that your email address has been entered correctly
  5. Tap on "Send Reset Password Link"
  6. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
    1. If you do not see the email, please make sure to check your Spam folders.
    2. If you still do not see the email, please email support@SwingU.com.
  7. Once your password has been updated, you can log back into the app with your updated password
To retrieve your password using the website:
  1.  Go to the website at www.swingU.com
  2. From the menu bar at the top of the webpage, click "LOGIN"
  3. Click the "Forgot your password?" link
  4. Enter the email address that is associated with your SwingU account
  5. Click "Email Password Reset Link"
  6. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
    1. If you do not see the email, please make sure to check your Spam folders.
    2. If you still do not see the email, please email support@SwingU.com.
  7. Once your password has been updated, you can log back into the app with your updated password
