How to Delete Duplicate Courses

How can I delete a duplicate course in your system?

If you have located a duplicate course in our database, we’d love to know about it!  Notify us of the duplicate by doing the following:

  1. Log into the app
  2. From the home page, tap on the 3 lines in the lower left corner and tap on "COURSES"
  3. Locate the duplicate course by either selecting:
    1. "FAVORITE COURSES"
    2. "NEARBY"
    3. "SEARCH"
  4. Once you have located the course, click on it.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "Report an Issue"
  6. From here, please select the best options for the issue, and make sure to put the correct course's name in the text box so we can determine the status of the duplicate.
  7. Select "Yes" for a response from the support team so we can confirm once the course has been removed.
  8. Once the duplicate course has been removed, you will receive an email response letting you know it has been taken care of.
