How to Request an Edit for a Course

How do I edit a course that is already entered in the SwingU database?

If a course is no longer up to date in the SwingU system, choose one of the options below:

1. Email Support@SwingU.com with the name of the course and a copy of the up to date scorecard.
2. Use the Report an Issue option in-app from the Courses Page
   1. From the Home Page, tap the 3 lines in the lower left corner and tap on "COURSES".
      1. If you tap on Report an Issue from this step then the form submitted to us will not contain the course information, so make sure to indicate the name and location of the course in the text box.
   2. Find your course and click the link to open the course page
   3. Scroll down and tap on Report an Issue
   4. Select the options as to what changes you are requesting, and fill out some of the details of changes in the text box. If you have a link to a correct scorecard or layout, please provide that in the text box as well.
   5. select the option to receive a response from Customer Support so we can let you know once the course has been updated.
3. Use the Report an Issue option in-round.
   1. If you notice that a course is not up to date after you have started your round, first tap on "More" in the lower right corner of the satellite view.
   2. tap on Report an Issue
   3. Select the options as to what changes you are requesting, and fill out some of the details of changes in the text box. If you have a link to a correct scorecard or layout, please provide that in the text box as well.
   4. select the option to receive a response from Customer Support so we can let you know once the course has been updated.

If you should use the Report and Issue option and wish to send a picture of the scorecard, you can reply to the message you receive from the Support email address once we receive your initial report with the scorecard attached.
