How Do I Activate the Advanced Features in My App?

  • If you purchased an upgrade, but it isn't working on the app, log out of the app and back in.  This will reset the cache and update the app.

If you purchased the upgrade subscription through the website, or via email or promotion then please make sure that you have logged in with the same email address you used to purchase. If you used a different email other than your account email to purchase, or if you are still not seeing your upgrade available, please email us so we may resolve this for you. 

If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store, and see the subscription as active in your App Store account, please use the "Restore Purchases" option in the Settings page of the SwingU app to re-sync your App Store purchase with your SwingU account. If you do not immediately see the benefits please try logging out and back in again. If that still does not resolve the issue please send a screenshot of your active subscription to support@SwingU.com.
