How to Cancel My Subscription

How can I cancel my subscription so I will not be billed again?

All yearly and monthly Plus and Pro upgrade subscriptions are auto-renewing.  Meaning, if you purchased a year subscription, your upgrade will auto-renew 365 days from the original purchase date.  If you purchased a month-to-month subscription, your upgrade will auto-renew each month.

Once you have purchased an upgrade, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Subscription via SwingU website 

If you purchased the upgrade via the SwingU website, here are the instructions to get your subscription cancelled:

  1. Log into your account using the same log in credentials that you use for the app, use the link https://app.swingu.com/account/subscription
  2. Click "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION"

Subscription via Google Play (Android)

    1. The Google Play Store will not allow any vendors to cancel subscriptions, they must be cancelled by the user.  Here are the instructions for cancelling.  
      1. Open the Google Play Store, then tap Menu > Subscriptions.
        1. On a computer, go to play.google.com, then in the left menu, click "My Subscriptions"
        2. On either Android or a computer, use the URL http://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions to open the user's list of subscriptions.

Subscription via Apple App Store (iOS)

If you purchased the upgrade via Apple, here are the instructions to get your subscription cancelled:

  1. Open the Settings app. 
  2. Tap your name. 
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
