How can I get a refund if I paid through iTunes?

Since the purchase was made directly through Apple, refund requests will need to be made through Apple as well. We are very limited in what we can do with iTunes as they are ones who have your purchase and payment information. They do not let any third party apps (ie. SwingU) handle any refunds or transactions, it all has to be done by them.

The good news is that they are really good about getting back to customers and resolving issues. You can email them at itunesstoresupport@apple.com.

If Apple is unwilling or unable to provide you with a refund for your purchase, please email support@swingu.com with your account email address and reason for the refund request along with the correspondence from Apple indicating that you are not receiving a refund from them directly.
