Where Did All My Rounds Go?

If you should log out of the app, or get a new device and find that some or all rounds are missing when you access the app again, then you most likely used a different email address or login method the last time you used the app. All rounds are tied to the account they were saved with, and all accounts are tied to the email address that was used to create them.


I Am Missing All of My Rounds

If you log into the app and see now rounds, when you know you played rounds previously, then you may just need to log into your pre-existing account.


To do this, tap on the 3 lines in the lower left corner of the Home page and select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and select "Log Out." From there, you can use the login method you used prior, and once you log in again with the original information, you will see your previous rounds.


  • If you enter an email address on the login page and are presented with the option to enter your password, then the email address is tied to an existing account. You may not see the rounds you are looking for, but this would just mean that you had more accounts than you thought and you can log out and try again.
  • If you enter an email address and you are presented with the option to enter your first name, last name, and password, then that email address does not exist in our system and is not the original email for your account.
  • If you select the option for signing in with Google and your account was tied to that Gmail address, then you should be taken to the existing account with that information. If your account was not tied to a Gmail address, then a new account would be created under that Google login.
  • If you select the Apple ID login, and you have an existing account with the same email tied to your Apple account as the one you used with SwingU, you must select the option "Share My Email" to be taken to your existing account.
    • If you use the "Hide My Email" selection, then Apple will generate a hidden email address to give to our system, which means a new account will be created.

If you are unsure of the email address you used originally, please email support@SwingU.com and let us know some of the emails you may have used and we can search our system. Sometimes an account may have a typo, or you may have set up the account years ago using an old work email you forgot about, so you can also provide some of the course names and locations you played using the app in the past and we can try and locate your account that way as well.


If you have multiple accounts, you can also email us and confirm which of the emails you want to use going forward and we can combine your accounts together.
