How to Save My Round
Why do I get an error message when trying to save my round?
Sometimes there is a connection issue when you are trying to save your round. There are a few fixes for this problem.
Try this first:
- From the home page, click on "You"
- Click on "SETTINGS"
- Scroll all the way down the screen and click "CLEAR CACHED DATA"
- A dialog box will open stating "All cache data has been removed."
- After the cache data has been removed, try to save your round again.
You can also try:
- From the home page, click on "You"
- Click on "SETTINGS"
- Scroll all the way down the screen and click "LOG OUT"
- Go ahead and log back in and try to save your round
- **NOTE** - all devices will destroy your current round in progress, this would be used as a final, last resort to clear the current round, as it will be deleted and cleared from your app and device. **
If both of these options fail:
- Clear the cache and logout
- Uninstall the app
- Shut down the device
- Restart the device
- Reinstall the app
- Remember to write down your round as the device might not save it, once you have logged back into the app, you can manually enter and save your round.
